- I just installed a USR Sporster 28800, the one that is supposed to have
- the new 33600 speed. The one I installed is an internal model.
-
- I tried ATI4,5,6...commands, and all worked fine except ATI11, which it
- came back with a message, "ERROR".
-
- My friend's USR 28000 works fine with ATI11 command, the only
- difference is that his USR is an external model.
-
- I tried to call, email and fax USR to see if this is a modem fault.
- Needless to say, no response whatsoever, and its been 3 weeks by now.
-
- Could anyone who has similar USR 28800/33600 Internal Modem advise me
- if this is normal or there is something wrong with the modem I have.
-
- Thanks
