  13. I just installed a USR Sporster 28800, the one that is supposed to have 
  14. the new 33600 speed.  The one I installed is an internal model.
  15.  
  16. I tried ATI4,5,6...commands, and all worked fine except ATI11, which it 
  17. came back with a message, "ERROR".
  18.  
  19. My friend's USR 28000 works fine with ATI11 command, the only 
  20. difference is that his USR is an external model.
  21.  
  22. I tried to call, email and fax USR to see if this is a modem fault.  
  23. Needless to say, no response whatsoever, and its been 3 weeks by now.

  25. Could anyone who has similar USR 28800/33600 Internal Modem advise me 
  26. if this is normal or there is something wrong with the modem I have.
